You can return most of the new and not open items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the return costs if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective article, etc.).

You should receive your refund within four weeks of the sender to the sender. However, in many cases, the reimbursement will be faster. This period includes the transit time for the receipt of your return by the sender (5 to 10 working days), the processing time for your return after receipt (3 to 5 working days) and the processing time of your request for reimbursement by your bank (5 to 10 working days).

To return an item, just log into your account, see your order via the "Complete commands" link in the "My Account" menu and click on the "Return an article" button. We will inform you by email of your refund as soon as we have received and processed the returned item.
